•   Include all Apartment and Home Rentals, Renewals, all Rent, Rent to Own, Owner Finance, and Cash Sales.

•   If you are turning a property or buying and selling a property anywhere in the country, it all counts.

•   As long as your client is in the Path To Home Ownership(r) program, it counts towards our combined goal!

STEP 2: JOIN OUR FACEBOOK GROUP

Join and then post your accomplishments to our “1000 Families in 1000 Homes” Facebook group.

•  Post your progress & stories at least 2X’s a week for the next 100 days.

•  How did you solve your client’s and residents’ problems?

•  How did you help them? (Only use their names if you have permission).

•  For example, “I just put a family in this rental in Abilene, Texas that was perfect for their budget!” or “Here’s a photo of my newest PTHO family.”

Do those two simple things, and you’ll be included in a drawing for a very special prize.
