As we continue with this series of videos, you are about to watch you will hear us refer to Realtors and Real Estate agents. Please be aware that as a member of the Path To Home Ownership® Program you are covered by the local Certified Affordable Home Provider® (CAHP) in your area whom will be personally working closely with you to obtain home ownership and will not need a separate real estate agent unless you choose to have one. If you do choose to have one you would have to pay this expense as your local CAHP will be purchasing a house for you. Unlike a real estate agent, your local CAHP are principals in the transaction and either already has a home for you in inventory or will be custom buying a home for you based upon the down payment and credit you have now or will build while in the program.
