*We have properties available for Rent to Own, Owner Finance or Purchase. If this property does not meet your needs, we can custom buy a property that does. Join our membership today!
*The combined net income must be $3000 with no evictions or judgments in the past 2 years and a good report from your landlord.
*Pets may be allowed with Pet Fee and Pet Rent per pet. Please discuss with us.

Due to the structure of this program, housing vouchers such as Section 8 are not accepted at this time.
