Basic Qualification Information
- Combined household net income must generally equal at least three times the monthly payment.
- Applicants with evictions or judgments within the past two years may need to pay additional move-in fee.
- A satisfactory report from the applicant’s current or previous landlord is required.
- Pets may be permitted with the applicable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Please discuss your pets with us.
- Due to the structure of our program, we are unable to accept Section 8 vouchers.
