Be sure to answer your phone or call them back promptly for the personal support and guidance they will provide.

  1. The first step is to complete the application. Maybe you already completed one on the website however this one provides your local CAHP (Certified Affordable Housing Provider®) permission to review your credit and make suggestions on the next steps for you to take.     You may meet with your local CAHP to provide the application in person or you can fill it out and mail or email it to them. Remember this does not obligate you to buy anything further. This only gives the ability to move you forward on your path. Based upon this information your local CAHP will be able to determine which membership level to place you into – Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum* When you find a property from your local CAHP’s inventory they may also require a background check fee at that time.

  3. In order to buy a home with the lowest possible interest rate, you’ll need some guidance on getting ready for that loan. The videos here are provided by our ‘MortgageWiz™’ who not only teaches you the right steps but will provide the loan when the time is right (or you can choose your own mortgage provider however please be aware that all mortgage loan originators are not created equal. It takes someone that knows the ins and outs and has lenders that are more flexible with those starting with less than perfect credit.   4. Savings on Utilities and more! Collect your current bills for your cell phone, internet, DirecTv or Dish, security monitoring, power and gas**. We have bulk rate discounts for the exact same services you have. If the experts see a better plan for you they’ll share it. No obligation. This service costs you nothing. Include all pages of all bills for accurate analysis. We’ve saved many people hundreds of dollars per month on bills they are currently paying! This alone could pay for your membership. Contact your local Certified Affordable Housing Provider® (CAHP) for review.
     
  5. Once your local CAHP reviews your application you will get online with them to access your credit report together. If your credit is less than perfect they will suggest using the non-profit Credit Restoration company that has helped many of our folks credit to soar! A better score means lower cost on auto insurance, credit card interest, mortgage interest and more! The Credit Restoration is a separate fee and is the lowest cost. Your local CAHP will also suggest other steps to help improve your score. Here is a suite of services that includes Credit Restoration.
