Our Gold level members enjoy money saving tax deductions while building their credit score towards a traditional low interest bank loan. We even place our Gold level customers with qualified and experienced mortgage professionals to help find the right mortgage for your individual needs. Our goal is to help our customers achieve the reality of home ownership sooner, and put our customers on the path to long term financial success with their home.

We start you on the level that meets your financial picture & circumstances. 

Everyone’s path to home ownership looks different. Before placing you into a level of our program, our agents take the time to review your full financial picture, job situation, and housing needs to determine where you should begin. Some people start by renting, while others may qualify for rent-to-own or in-house financing right away. Your starting level is not a judgment — it’s simply the most realistic place for you to begin so you can move forward with clarity and confidence toward home ownership.
